What data can we start with?
With the knowledge your team needs every day: policies, processes and your PDF, Word and Excel documents. We help you bring them into Aven.
Who sees which knowledge?
Everyone signed in can read the published knowledge. If teams should see different things, the “Who sees what” add-on takes care of it.
Where does Aven run and who pays for the model?
Ventus runs Aven in data centres in Germany and the EU. Model usage is included in the monthly price. Need a different setup? Let's talk.
Can we trust every answer?
Aven shows the source of every answer so your team can check important details, and says clearly when the knowledge has no answer. Decisions stay with you.
Is our data used to train AI?
No. Your data is not used to train AI models. We only work with model providers that don't train on customer data, or run the model ourselves.
