What data can we start with?
Your wiki, PDF, Word and Excel files, or connected systems such as Drive and Jira. We agree before the start which sources your package includes.
Who sees which knowledge?
Users sign in to your workspace. In the Knowledge package, published knowledge is readable by everyone signed in; from Team on, spaces and groups decide who sees what.
Where does Aven run and who pays for the model?
Ventus runs Aven in data centres in Germany and the EU, or installs the complete stack on your server, optionally with your own language model so no data leaves your network. We agree on model provider and usage together.
Can we trust every answer?
Aven shows the source of every answer so your team can check important details, and says clearly when the knowledge has no answer. Decisions stay with you.
