Aven add-on
Single sign-on
With single sign-on your team signs in to Aven with the Microsoft or Google account it already uses. There is no separate Aven password, and when someone leaves, their access ends with their company account.
What you get
- Sign in with Microsoft or Google.
- No extra password to remember or reset.
- Access ends when the company account is switched off.
How it works
- 01
We connect your sign-in
Ventus links Aven to your Microsoft or Google sign-in.
- 02
Your team signs in
Everyone uses the account they already have.
- 03
Access follows the account
Whoever loses the company account loses access to Aven.
